Guts and Glow

I swear, ten times a day, I ask myself why today isn’t the same as yesterday. Monday, the kids slept great and napped for almost three hours all at the same time. I know we’re getting molars. All the signs are there. A girl can hope though, right?

Just when you think you’re getting everything figured out, someone gets worked up and throws up all over you. No joke, that’s happened twice this week. Two different babies. Not sick. Just don’t want to cry it out in bed or they think you’re leaving when really you just took their sleeping brother to bed.

I know that sleep will eventually come. We’ll get it together and there is light at the end of the tunnel but some days, you just need that extra little something. When I thought maybe I could get a little extra sleep since Bryan’s home on Friday’s, he texts and says he needs to work. Shew, okay, restart your brain. One more day and then you have an extra set of hands.

That’s where we are now. We’re going to get a pizza tonight and carve pumpkins with the kiddos. I seriously can’t wait. Not that they’re actually going to carve but they’ll get to enjoy the guts and the glow.

We get to pickup our groceries today and when Bryan’s home we’re going to run and get one of the babies Christmas presents. After the carving and the eating, I have some costumes to finish! I can’t wait for you all to see the babies on Halloween!! We tried on a part of our costume yesterday and it’s looking SO good.

Hopefully everyone is running on plenty of caffeine today. I’m about to go get some more! Enjoy our next picture from our fall collection today!! The babes love their Halloween outfits! Brookie loves her tutu and the boys were in aw when I took them in the playroom, shut the lights out, and the dinosaurs glowed! See, more glowing!
