Hello everyone!! Happy Monday! We had a crazy busy weekend but I think I’m finally feeling 100%. Friday, since Bryan had to work, I spent the day really not doing much. I played with the kids and tried to take it easy. As soon as Bryan got home, I ran around trying to get the house in some sort of an order.
I did a ton of laundry and eeekkk don’t judge me, I didn’t get it all folded and put away until last night! Saturday, we had lots of company. Bryan’s grandparents were here and then his aunt and uncle. We then went to a birthday party Saturday night.
Brayden has been doing this thing, where if he gets worked up, he gets super gaggy. On the way home from the birthday party, he threw up. That was fun. I spent the entire drive home asking the kids if their shoes or socks smelled as I smelled them and made them laugh. Finally getting Brayden calmed down.
We were up a good bit on Saturday night into Sunday, but it wasn’t terrible. My honorary aunt and uncle were in town doing the sermon at church, so we were off to church. It was a great service and I got to watch the whole thing.
My brothers and their families all were going out to lunch so Bryan and I decided to take the kids out for their first official time in a restaurant. We don’t go out to eat very often, and since we had lots of help we just decided to go.
We had a great time and the babies did wonderful! We had a nice visit with Bryan’s parents after that and then my cousin was in town so she stopped! Seriously, we had lots of love and company this weekend. Then we were off to our weekly dinner at my parents where my aunt and uncle had dinner with us!
Our night was okay and Brody slept the whole way through! Brooke and Brayden were up for quite a while but at least we weren’t outnumbered! I hope everyone has a great day and a great start to your week!
